In order to provide each client with the high level of care that Lashes and Brows by Ali is proud to offer, it is important for all clients to adhere to very basic courtesies. I hope that you understand that these policies are in place for the beneﬁt of all clients.
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Please arrive 15 mins before your appointment to account for parking.

In an effort to maintain the highest quality of service for all clients, I have adopted the following policy regarding deposits:
To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card will be required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift certificates may be also be used in lieu of credit card to hold your appointment.
I require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, which will be used toward your service at the time of checkout. We take payment at the time of reservation and do not store your credit card information.
If you made a deposit for your appointment and need to cancel for any reason, this deposit is ONLY refundable with at least 24 hour cancellation notice.
Please keep in mind that my schedule does ﬁll up and so tardiness is going to cut into your scheduled appointment and the full price of the service will be charged.
Clients more than 15 mins late will be assumed a no-show.
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies.
Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice is considered a late cancelation. No-shows and late cancellations share the same policy. Please review my no-show policy below.
A client is considered a no-show when he or she does not cancel their scheduled appointment in advance of the scheduled time and does not show up for their appointment. A client who is greater than 15 minutes late without notice will be assumed a no-show. If a client no-shows they will be charged 100% of the rescheduled service before rebooking. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same. Clients who habitually no-show will be referred to another spa with less rigid policies.
If a client no-shows for a complimentary or reduced cost service that savings will be forfeited.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. I will do my best to keep my clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

It is my mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In the event you purchase any of my products for home use and ﬁnd them to be defective, unfortunately I cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here at Lashes and Brow by Ali.
Please refrain from answering text messages and playing with your phone during our appointment, unless you're experiencing an emergency.
I kindly request that you do not bring children along for eyelash extension, brow extensions, etc. appointments. The times for these services are rather lengthy and your eyes will be fixed closed for the full duration of your appointment. Neither you or your esthetician will be in a position to care for your child during these services.
